GENERAL VISITOR FACILITY SIGN-IN AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have been granted access to certain private property ("Facilities") owned by Enterprise Properties, Inc. (the "Company") for purposes of visitation, observation, or activities necessary for or incidental to conducting business. I further acknowledge that the Company's operations and business are proprietary and confidential in nature, and that during my time in any portion of the Facilities, I may obtain information, materials, and/or knowledge regarding the Facilities, the Company, and/or its operations ("Confidential Information"). This includes information regarding its business plans, facilities, customers, or transactions. I agree that I will not disclose any Confidential Information to any parties or advisors who have a legitimate need to know such information based on their involvement in the business of the Company. I further agree that I will report to the Company any improper use or disclosure of such Confidential Information. I understand that violation of these provisions will result in my removal and exclusion from all parts of the Facilities for the purposes of protecting the Facilities and the proprietary business information of the Company and would result in legal consequences. For safety reasons, I acknowledge that I am strictly prohibited from engaging in discussions with Company personnel or agents performing any designated job tasks. I am further prohibited from entering any restricted areas of the Facilities. I expressly agree that my access to the Facilities is contingent at all times on my strict adherence to all safety standards, protocols, and directions of the Company and its representatives. Further, I release and waive all liability as provided in writing by the Company. (B) take precautions and hold me harmless in my access to the Facilities for any basis of solicitation. I acknowledge and agree that any breach of these obligations shall constitute irreparable harm. Accordingly, in addition to any legal remedies to which the Company may be entitled, it may also seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, as necessary to enforce these commitments in any court having jurisdiction over the matter.
